We know. It’s frustrating trying to get a straight answer from some photographers. With websites quoting “prices from” and some requiring you to make an appointment just to find out if they are within your budget. We simply don’t work like that. All our prices are available on our website and all the additional products are listed so you can see very easily if our prices are going to be within your budget. We don’t keep secrets and we don’t ask you to pay for things you neither need nor want so if what you require is not already there for you to choose from, just ask! We are happy to custom build YOUR package, just as your wedding is unique so should your photography. If you would like a pre wedding shoot so we can have some practice and you can get used to the way we work, then just ask. The same goes for shooting some images after your wedding. There may be interesting images to be had at your venue but you did not want to risk damaging your dress or getting it dirty. We understand your reluctance but if you want to come back and do it another day to get those images, then let us know! Nothing is out of bounds and everything is possible.

When you book us to photograph your wedding you will find that we are completely geared to work for you. We never, ever undertake more than one wedding on a day. That day is completely devoted to you and we remain completely focussed on you and delivering to your own individual requirements. We do often operate with two photographers. Where a second photographer is required due to time and distance constraints we will ask you if that second photographer is required. You can rest assured, safe in the knowledge that your photography is in the hands of experienced, well equipped photographers. We can help guide you through the day and understand how to work with the other professionals around us to make sure everything dovetails nicely for you. We understand the etiquette and formalities of the day so we can often anticipate and help solve those little hitches before most people are aware of them.

After the champagne.
We simplify things as much as possible and make viewing and selecting your images as convenient for you as we can. We create a private gallery for you on our website so you can select your favourite images. Of course, you are welcome to share them if you wish. Simply give your family and friends your password and they can see them too. Once you have selected your favourites we go to work on your album design. Guided by what you have told us about your likes and dislikes we create the design for you and again we can upload this to your gallery for you to have a first look at the overall design and advise of any changes you might like.  Once you have given your approval you can sit back while we get on with delivering your album. Album times depend on the supplier. Some can be as quick as a couple of weeks and other can take longer, especially Italian albums but we will always keep you updated on progress.

The whole process is designed to make life as stress free as possible for you. All our equipment has a backup, we carry full insurance as professional photographers with public liability as well as equipment covered. As Nikon Professional Service members we receive preferential turnaround on equipment repairs and Nikon undertake to lend us equipment in the event of a failure. As for your images, they are all backed up in at least triplicate to ensure against loss. In short we do everything possible to minimise risk, so you don’t have to worry.
